About Existential Moments

Existential moments will be my home for the next year. I'm going to explore how the everyday parts of life can have existential moments. I'm hoping it will help me to think about the way in which I am living my life, help me to live in a more thoughtful and thought-through way and to re-connect myself to the direction in which I'm hoping to go.

About Me

Claire: I'm an existential psychotherapist working in private practice. I live in a Victorian Gardener's Cottage in West Berkshire, with my young family.
